Breakfast and transfer to Cairo Airport for the short flight to Aswan. Visit Philae Temple on its island and the High Dam. Board the cruise. As the sun softens, take a felucca sail, then dinner on board.

Early breakfast box if you choose the overland visit to Abu Simbel, one of Egypt's most powerful sites. Return to the ship for lunch. Sail to Kom Ombo and explore the riverside temple with its crocodile lore. Dinner and overnight on board.

Ride to Edfu Temple, one of the best preserved in Egypt, and read its reliefs with your guide. Lunch on board as farmland passes by. Dock in Luxor.

Cross to the West Bank to enter the Valley of the Kings and the terraces of Hatshepsut. Transfer to your Luxor hotel and check in.

After breakfast, drive across the desert road to Hurghada and check in at your Red Sea resort. Afternoon at leisure. Board: all inclusive with soft drinks.

A full day to rest by the water or add a boat to Giftun Island, a snorkel over reefs, or a desert quad ride with a Bedouin dinner.
